2 channel DLG with timer and launch setting

SC is replaced with a momentary switch

To prevent model from going straight up it gives some elevator down (10%) during launch.
Launch is invoked by releasing the momentary switch.
For 5 seconds it gets elevator down, but this stops the moment the elevator stick is moved.

The prelaunch (holding momentary for 2 seconds) resets timer1
The launch (releasing momentary) lets the timer run
End of flight can be marked by holding momentary for 0.5 seconds.

It will speak the flight time the momentary is touched.
